Because of this idiot I highly suggest you just go to dmv and save the hassle. Because she had the comfort of being over the phone she got ballsy with her attitude and made false accusations of me being in a rush and me not being able to read properly. Tried to call to resolve an issue and dealt with an uneducated entitled female named ****** who had nothing but an attitude from the start and I promise she would have a different attitude had this been a face to face conversation.
